You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase tickets for the event through the Site for legitimate purposes only. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes or for the purpose of anticipating demand for a particular service. You agree to only purchase tickets for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.

Your purchase is for personal use only unless otherwise expressly permitted by us. Sharing of purchases is not permitted and will be considered unauthorised, an infringing use of our copyrighted material, and may subject violators to liability.
Each registrant undertakes not to promote, sell, display or distribute in any way at an Event any product, service, merchandise or other materials unless the registrant has express written permission from ICF Chennai and does so in accordance with the terms and conditions of that permit.

Once you have made the ticket purchase to the event: No Refund can be provided.

ICF Chennai may, in its sole discretion, and for any reason, postpone or cancel an Event at any time. ICF Chennai shall not be held liable for failure of performing its reasonably expected conference obligations, nor be held liable in the event the attendee/registrant is unable to attend and/or participate in the event,  if such failure or delay is the result of an ‘act of God’, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, or community gathering or travel restrictions due to local and/or federal health advisories and recommendations.

No other compensation is payable to a registrant for postponement or cancellation of an Event. ICF Chennai cannot make exceptions to this refund policy. Come the dates listed as the event dates, the organization has already incurred a guaranteed expense that would have been charged or incurred by ICF Chennai regardless of attendance.
